* use a QPointer to prevent unsightly crashes
* attempt to clean up when the download dialog is deleted; doesn't really work though as signals are getting blocked somewhere under certain conditions :/

Add the button to show the advanced settings dialog.
The code's been in there for a while, but it never worked well to begin with
and I didn't find time to either a) re-add the button after the port to libplasmaweather
or b) fix it up. Everything works perfectly in plasmawallpaperviewer and scaling/color settings
get saved, but scaling doesn't take effect in plasma-desktop until the next time the plugin is
initialized, and the custom wallpaper mappings only work in plasmawallpaperviewer, and don't get
saved.

I'm really just committing this so that I don't lose the patch. (Going on a week and a half
trip tomorrow, whee) Feel free to play around and fix things if you get the desire.

Bunch of changes, mostly cleanups...but now I am having issues with D-Bus being mental..or perhaps me. Either way, it is not working properly, status properties of a job aren't not sent to (e.g. plasma-desktop service).

Made it an autostart service too...

Added asserts in jobview.. this is ridiculous why it is doing this, it doesn't make any sense either, because none of my asserts to check if there are null services...are ever hit.
